This is a Japanese torture classic. The original title is 徳川女刑罰史, meaning something like Women's Torture under the Tokugawas. You must concede that this film must be shown on this Women's Film Festival! for the International Women's Day.
The English distribution title was "Shogun's joy of torture", 1968. I choose only the scene of the torture of Spanish or Portuguese missionaries.
