What follows is an exploration of agony, terror and physical and mental stress that delves into the realms of pure nightmare - a place few people will ever travel and even less would actively seek. Mei is treated as nothing more than a laboratory animal, trapped in an experiment devised in Hell, with no motive but to increase her suffering to a point beyond her darkest imagination. The horror is very real, as is her fear and misery.
Hooks tear at her face, forcing her mouth open and eyes closed, immobilising her completely as she is subjected to slaps, her cunt and tongue are beaten, chopsticks made into her nasal cavaties, and made orgasms wrack her body. Electrical shocks push her closer to the edge of sanity, as the sheer terror of her situation threatens to overwhelm her.
Struggling to cope with sexual pleasure in such an extreme environment is even harder for poor Mei than the pain, a problem Magick solves by stapling her cunt shut when it's no longer of any use to him. A spider gag replaces the hooks in her face, but there is to be no respite as her tongue is trapped in chopsticks, leaving her drooling and desperate as needles pierce the flesh of her lips, tongue and face. But the worst is still to come, as trays of ice are produced. She kneels, stands and sits in the freezing sharp cracked ice while Magick contrasts the cold with the burning heat of hot molten wax.
Finally, as she finally cracks from the cold and exhaustion, she is hung upside down as heavy weights are attached to crushing nipple clamps. Left to alone to rest in this position, her obvious distress makes us wonder whether she preferred the ice after all.
