What is it exactly that you want to know about this? It doesn't appear to be femdom at all. In fact the main doctor is male. I didn't see the whole thing but if it was a castration it may have been for a sex change. It says "2006 Belgium penis surgery" in the beginning, which means it's not vintage nor is it German, and the nurses are not mistresses.
