She sure looks like Cali yes. So could be.
But strange is when you look for Cali in insexarchives.com;

A bit late I know...I really wish that IV had done more stuff and that she was in fact the same girl from the cal-hook video (close in appearance but not the same girl) because there are only 2 IV vids freely available (IV Test and IV + Raven) but I think she got cold feet and asked that her shoots be removed from the site back in about 2002 so the same would have happened with the other one if that was the case.

She did a third livefeed ("IV's Live Pump") which was posted here a few years ago and is about the rarest insex video there is. The quality of the video posted was only dialup so it's barely worth watching.

I was aware there was a third IV video indeed but I never saw it though. If anyone has it you can post it in this topic.
But yes, the quality is I guess a stream capture from the live stream.

Afaik the video had bad sound and it was never released apart from the image set. But it could still exist though.

As it was never released, it is unfortunately a stream capture. Which means the quality is poor.
