A female crime has recently come into power in a crime syndicate after her father passed away. She catches someone speaking badly about her, and shoots and kills him in front of the others, doing a short speech about discipline.
The female crime boss is after a guy who has the key to a big drug sale that the she is after. This guy is chased by multiple parties, but since he's a trained killed, he has managed to dispatch many enemies. One of those interested parties is a woman who works from another crime syndicate. She seduces him and is very sexually aggressive and forward, having sex with him despite him seeming somewhat reluctant. In their passion, she kindles him in somewhat of a motherly way, grabbing and fondling him face, embracing him to her naked buxom. The next morning, as he thinks she is sneaking away, and as he confronts her, she starts kicking him. He tries to fight her, but she manages to stab him with a syringe that knocks him out.
He wakes up tied to a chair, he neck constricted with a rope. He female captor taunts him and tells him that she planned to knock him out all the time, having orders to kill him somewhere quiet. He tries to convince her to let him go, to no avail. She calls his boss, another female crime lord, and ends up calling the female crime boos that was chasing him and tells him that she can found him tied up and helpless in a hotel room. She gags (possibly using her used panties) him and leaves.
