When she doesn't comply, the mistress claims that she's willing to let them both go. She knows this is a trap, and says that she will be compliant, and acts out the scene. The subordinate dominant acts as a nurse as well, claiming they will have to amputate the balls of their "patient". She's terrified, but complies. The mistress stops her before she cuts into him, saying she has proved her loyalty. She says she will "take care of him".
Another scene shows more forced roleplay, where the captive is forced to play the daughter of the mistress and be spanked. In another scene, she plays a lifeless doll. We see how the two of them kness at the foot of the bed of the mistress when she goes to sleep. In one scene, she's forced to crawl like a dog carrying a letter for her mistress in her mouth, while the subordinate mistress acts as a footstool.
