In a hospital, Scarlet Skies, awaiting an operation, anxiously anticipates the anaesthetic that will allow the surgery to proceed. Her nurse, Kelly Collins, does her best to calm Scarlet's nerves, assuring her everything will be fine. However, unbeknownst to both, a disastrous turn of events awaits.
As Scarlet regains consciousness, she finds herself in a dim, eerie environment. She is alone, with no sign of medical staff. Unable to locate anyone, Scarlet suddenly encounters a frantic Kelly, who informs her of a parasite outbreak sweeping the facility. Panic-stricken, Kelly insists they must take cover and attempt an escape. Tragically, Catherine, another patient, has already fallen prey to the parasites, now on her way to infect both Scarlet and Kelly, escalating the terrifying ordeal.
