John Max is browsing through a magazine when he spots an advertisement for a sexy robot. The ad features the NecroBot, which is described as the ideal companion for anyone looking for a lifelike and sexy robot. John is intrigued and decides to order one. He dials the number on the ad and places an order for the Ivy 69 model with the strangulation sub-routine and sexy secretary outfit.
The next day, a service technician arrives with the Ivy 69 model. John activates the robot and is amazed by her advanced technology and sexy appearance. He decides to wear a pantyhose mask and prepares himself while Ivy 69 adjusts her lingerie.
John corners Ivy in a room and slaps a rag over her mouth filled with chloroform. She struggles as she breathes in the fumes deeper and deeper. Finally, she drops to the floor, out cold. John binds her hands and feet and brings her to the couch.
When she wakes up, she sees John's bowie knife above her chest. She realizes that he plans to kill her, but she is unable to move or speak. John raises the knife and brings it down, but he is interrupted by a knock at the door.
